What You’ll Get:
Personalized Intention Setting: We begin by creating a supportive circle where you’ll share your intentions and what you hope to gain from the practice.
Guided Training: We'll look at slides and recordings that walk you through the fundamentals of breathwork—how to do it and what to expect—so you feel fully prepared.
Practice Techniques: Before diving into the full session, you'll practice key breathing, meditation, and body awareness techniques to familiarize yourself with the process.
60-Minute Breathwork Session: Experience six rounds of deep, circular breathing combined with breath holds, meditations, and guided focus. Each round is designed to take you deeper, helping you connect more fully with yourself.
45-Min Sip, Savour & Social consisting of various culinary delights including a charcuterie board, fresh organic fruit from our mini orchard and vegetable garden, homemade delectable deserts, and the rich plant medicine that is CACAO.
90-Min Contrast Therapy Session consisting of the optional opportunity to practice the breathing techniques you’ve learned during the workshop, and free flow between ice baths, wood burning Danish sauna, and rest and relax time in our comfy, heated, outdoor lounge.

About the Instructor:
Graeme's exploration of mind and consciousness began in his teenage years when he first discovered meditation. He further expanded his knowledge at Queen's University, Canada, where he studied Philosophy and Theology, graduating in 2011. Today, as the Founder and instructor at Expere (https://expere.co), Graeme has made it his life's mission to assist individuals in their mind-body growth, and their personal healing and transformation.
