About The Event

In this workshop, you'll learn how to access and train one of the most fascinating capacities of the human system: the ability to consciously sense and regulate your heart rate and blood pressure. Based on teachings from The Discipline of Expere, this 3-hour experience introduces participants to Amotive and Bmotive awareness techniques designed to help you tune into and direct the body’s internal systems through focused attention and willpower.

​We’ll explore the powerful science behind the cardiovascular system—how over 100,000 miles of veins, arteries, and capillaries circulate blood daily, and how the heart produces enough energy to power a lightbulb. You’ll learn how recent research suggests this energy may not be solely mechanical, but influenced by the electromagnetic and neurological network of the entire body.

Through guided exercises, you'll:

  • ​Learn how to locate and feel your heartbeat in different parts of the body.

  • ​Develop techniques to increase or decrease your heart rate using Bmotive awareness.

  • ​Use advanced focus and visualization to regulate blood pressure in specific areas of the body.

  • ​Explore how this technique can support healing, regeneration, and emotional regulation.

​Whether you're curious about mind-body science, recovering from physical stress or injury, or looking to expand your awareness and control over your physiology, this workshop offers a rare opportunity to explore your body’s hidden potential.

No prior experience is necessary, though familiarity with mindfulness or meditation may be helpful.

About the Instructor

​​​Graeme Davis' exploration of mind and consciousness began in early when he first discovered meditation in his youth, and further expanded his knowledge at Queen's University, Canada, where he studied Philosophy and Theology, graduating in 2011.



Today, as the Cofounder of Pluto (enterpluto.com), Founder of Expere (expere.co), and author of the book titledThe Discipline of Expere: Introducing the New Framework for Healing and Personal Transformation, Graeme has worked with hundreds of individuals assisting in their awareness and transformational journeys.
