Service Description
Join us on either June 13 and June 15 for our workshop on mind and awareness. This class will include a lecture as well as guided exercises. In this mind and awareness class, we explore the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and reality. Changes in one aspect affect the others, creating a dynamic system. We discuss the experiences of thoughts and feelings, emphasizing the tangible nature of feelings. By working with our mind, body, and reality through feeling, we can make significant progress. We also delve into the concepts of attention and concentration, understanding how to focus and anchor our awareness. Convergent focus allows us to hone in on specific elements, while divergent focus opens our awareness to a broader field of experiences. Join us in this mind and awareness class to deepen your understanding of the mind and explore various ways of focusing your attention.
